To facilitate the process to afford you a Company Letter in support of obtaining your VISA, we would need the following EXACT information:
- Full Name:
- Physical Home Address:
- Passport Number and Passport Expiry date:
To clarify, please ensure the following details are provided EXACTLY:
- When it comes to the Full Name, the names need to appear on the letter EXACTLY as per the Passport. That would imply that in some countries the Name will be first, followed by the Surname. In other countries the Surname is first, followed by the Full Name(s).
- When it comes to the Physical Home Address, you have to provide the Postal (Zip) Code as well. Many people forget the Postal code.
- When it comes to the Passport Number, please also provide the Expiry date EXACTLY as per the method used in your passport.

Herewith useful tips toward a positive interview at your Embassy:
- Printed copies of your secured booking at the Westgate Hotel and Casino Resort. We highly recommend that.
- Printed copies of your RETURN flight tickets.
I some countries, you do not have to have the flight ticket in hand to obtain your VISA.
