Our new system status screen has been released!
You can find it within your member’s back office. Under the Accounting dropdown menu → click on the “System Status” menu option.
In fact our new system status screen is already loved and battle proven!
Last week, we had an issue with our automated Ethereum withdrawal system, syncing to the Ethereum Blockchain. The issue was more complicated then our developers hoped and we have been working day and night behind the scenes to get it resolved.
At this point we have succeeded in solving all of the issues. Any pending funds owed to our members have already been taken care of and the system is back up and running faster and more efficiently than ever before!
During the time that an issue existed, our members were kept up to date through the new system status screen.
