The long awaited 2018 Worldwide Annual Company Event on the Island of Langkawi in Malaysia is fast approaching.
The following outline of our “Lifestyle of Distinction Event” will be as follows:
Friday 10 August 2018:
Mandatory Registration will take place between 1:00 – 7:00 PM Malaysia time at the Langkawi International Convention Centre.
It is necessary that all attendees complete their registration during this timeframe so they are in the meeting room seated and ready to begin promptly at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning.
Please keep in mind you should have your validation code that came with your gala ticket purchase to complete your registration and receive your welcome gift.
Dress Code: At your leisure.
Saturday 11 August 2018:
The dress code for the Business Meeting will be ‘Business Casual‘. (No shorts and flops):
Doors will open between 8:15 – 8:30 AM.
The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. There will be a lunch break at approximately 12:15 PM and the meeting will break promptly at 4:00 PM so everyone will have an opportunity to get dressed for the Gala Event. The doors will reopen for the Gala at approximately 6:30 PM (exact time to be provided in our future announcements).
The dress code for the Gala & Recognition Ceremony will be ‘Cocktail attire , Formal wear & Black tie (optional)‘
Please remember that this is a Gala Dinner with Entertainment and our Annual Awards Ceremony so we know you would all want to dress appropriately for this specific event.
Sunday 12 August 2018:
On Sunday, you will be free to participate in any of the excursions or a day on the beach at your pleasure. There will be a special excursion that will be made available to our members early next week, which has been put together by the event team.
We hope you will enjoy your day in paradise and participate in some of the excursions as the video crews will be working to capture your Lifestyle of Distinction.
The dress code for the excursions will be ‘Island Casual’.
This, without a doubt, will the most spectacular event in the history of our Company. It is designed to truly provide you with valuable information, entertainment, recognition, and fabulous recreation of your choice.
