The Annual Awards Company Event scheduled to take place at the Langkawi International Convention Centre (LICC) 10 to 12 August 2018 is approaching fast.
The Convention Centre where the Company Annual Awards Event will be held is next to the prestigious Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, a 5-star resort and this may not suite everyone’s taste and budget. It is for that reason we are posting in this announcement a variety of accommodations available on Langkawi Island.
Having done the research for you, the Event Organizers are providing you with the properties below. Bookings in most hotels require no deposit (but remember, we are expecting 1000++ attendees) and carry a very reasonable cancellation date. With this in mind, we would recommend you make your hotel choices now.
Of course you can stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa if your budget permits. We are currently working with The Westin to see if we can get some slight reductions and if successful, we will notify you in upcoming announcements.

Town Hotels:
Grand Continental Langkawi – $42 to $75
Bella Vista Waterfront Langkawi – $61 to $199
Langkawi Yacht Club Hotel – $81 to $102
Bayview Hotel Langkawi – $84 to $221
These hotels would be walking distance or a quick 5 minute Uber away from the LICC. You may want to try stay on the Town side while at the Company Event.
Beach Hotels/Resorts (for those of you who prefer the full island effect):

Favehotel Cenang Beach Langkawi – $59 to $79
Aseania Resort Langkawi – $87 to $133

Most of these neighboring hotels are about 20 to 30 minutes from the Langkawi International Convention Centre. The hotels where you stay could provide transport from the hotel to the LICC.
Alternative Transport:
• Rental vehicles which are really well priced where 4 passengers could share a vehicle
• Taxi transport where again 4 people could share
• Shuttle arranged by Organizing Team (for those of you who choose to stay beachside). Details to follow.
