As Lifestyle Galaxy has continued to rapidly expand in both size and in the value that it provides to its members, it has also been increasingly the target of scams against the Company. These scams against the Company have been created by a small minority of members who have been focused on defrauding the Company.
These scams against the Company, which could also hurt our good members, must be stopped and we will stop these scams forever because we are a Company that will not be threatened.
The Company is resolute that it will NO LONGER be responsive to allegations in the form of threats. It is seriously time consuming and totally unnecessary for the Company to deal with threats.
The Company is taking steps to no longer be undermined on Social Media.
We have a small minority of members who, for no reason but selfcentred gain:
• Defrauded the Company
• Made unreasonable demands
• Resorted to threats of some kind
In the future the Company will:
• Adhere to our Policy and Procedures which includes an NDA and Non-Disparagement Clauses
• Adhere to the conditions communicated in the content of our Mining Certificate
No one can authorise a refund except through the proper channels of support, which have been approved by the Board. Of course, this in no way impacts our existing policies. In the past, we have had Country Leaders and Team Leaders tell members they will be refunded when there is no true foundation for the refund in the P&P or in the Mining Certificate.
We have had two attorney firms in South Africa and one of the largest attorney firms in the world spend months evaluating the company, the way we do business and have concluded that we are completely legal in all ways.
We are also working with other attorney firms within countries where we do business. We have no reason to expect from our conversations with them that we will have different results. These conversations are necessary so that we will have legal representation in every Country where we do business.
For those of you who were in Las Vegas in November 2017 at our Annual Event, you heard this message from our CFO, “Retaining legal counsel is a requirement for us in opening new countries during our expansion… This is for the protection of the Company and it keeps our members protected.”
We are a Company that is:

2. Here to protect and care for all of our good members
3. Here to provide constantly increasing value for all of our good members
As we continue growing, we cannot continue to negotiate whether we are compliant, legal, ethical and the like. Our Operation has been certified to tick every single box:

Over the next few days, we will be posting additional announcements regarding how we continue to make the Company even stronger. We will provide information to deal with misconceptions which can cause negative speculation as reflected via social media by some of members due to lack of education or understanding.
The Company will continue to be responsive to our members legitimate concerns. However, the Company must stop the minority of members who feel that threats and defamation will somehow draw immediate attention that is unwarranted.
We know that we are entering an unprecedented growth phase as we release some of the core initiatives that will provide huge additional value to all of our good members.
On the flip side, dealing with threats and scams against the company seriously slows us down and takes time away from the core initiatives that will provide a massive increase in value.
This brings us to one of the most effective strategies that a Company can have in order to ensure stability and growth in the long term: It is the philosophy of “Fire your bad customers!” and “dramatically increase the value to your good customers!”
